Cookery club is an extremely popular extra curricular in Midleton College and therefore runs on a module basis. Each year group is scheduled into cookery club for approximately 10 weeks. Cookery takes place twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30- 8. Students have a lot of freedom to create different dishes and improve their cullinary skills through baking, traditional cookery, ethnic cookery and sugar craft.
